This part has been previously used and removed from a running 40HP outboard with 274 hours.

Intake manifold/throttle body including throttle position sensor and intake air temperature sensor.

It will fit the following Evinrude E-TEC models: 

40HP: 2004 and upwards

50HP: 2004 and upwards 

60HP: 2005 and upwards (TWO CYLINDERS MODELS)
