This was part of kit 0381881 which originally included a water pump plate.

This item will fit the following models:

40HP: 1968 - 1970 (may fit older models)

New but old stock, may have signs of tarnishing through storage. Will not arrive in original manufacturers box.

It is a OEM part, not a aftermarket/pattern one.
