 The Cobra F77B Radio allows you to monitor two channels at once, channel 16 and one channel of your choice.

The Cobra F77B VHF Radio makes your life easier, with the build in rewind-say-again feature which allows you to record and replay the last 20 seconds of a VHF call, making sure you never miss important information again. 

This VHF radio features a large illuminated LCD display and illuminated keys to ensure visibility at all times.
